GTA 5 stars explain biggest thing GTA 6’s actors need to do once game

The actors behind Michael, Franklin, and Trevor in Grand Theft Auto 5 have revealed what their counterparts in GTA 6 need to do once the game launches.

With the day of Grand Theft Auto 6’s long-awaited release quickly approaching, GTA fans have started bidding their farewells to GTA 5. Some are replaying the story for one last time, while others are plotting big sendoffs in GTA Online - including one big final drive around the entire map.

The actors behind Michael, Franklin, and Trevor have also started saying their goodbyes too. Ned Luke, who plays Michael, launched his ‘Final Mission’ playthrough on YouTube, being joined by Steven Ogg - Trevor and Shawn Fonteno - Franklin along the way too.

As the actors prepare to hand over to the next cast, they’ve offered up some key advice to whoever follows in their footsteps.

GTA 5 actors tell GTA 6 actors to “have fun” after game’s hype

“To be honest, just listen to what Rockstar say,” Fonteno told All Out Gaming at MCM Comic Con. “They’re going to lead you in the right direction because of our experience with Rockstar. Get ready, thats all I can say, it’s a ride they’re going to be on for a while.”

Luke added that the next actors need to “have fun” and “appreciate the fans” who are going to be supporting them.

“Let the fans know because fake appreciation is smelt. They can smell it,” he added. “You have to really appreciate them, genuinely. What we have is because of them and if you don’t have the fans, you have nothing. They’re the game and thats the bottom line. So, appreciate the fans.”

As it stands, the names behind Jason and Lucia have not yet been announced. Rumors point towards Manni L. Perez playing Lucia, while other actors have been circulated as Jason.

Perez appeared in GTA Online as one of the blackjack dealers in the Diamond Casino, and is credited with two voice acting roles in the game.

She has largely ignored questions about the upcoming game on social media and has taken herself off the internet at points too.

We don’t have long to wait to find out who is behind the new characters, though.
